Writing a long past-due review, but I really wanted to get some time and experience beyond the initial install. So often reviews are posted before a person actually sees the benefits. I want to say that I went into the process without knowing a lot about Solar and I realize I still have a bit to learn, but I am surely seeing a favorable outcome so far. Mike was really good to work with and went over and beyond what was called for as he made himself available to deal with every step of the install right up to the AP that keeps me informed about how the panels are performing. I have to say it is pretty great not to have that monthly power bill to pay. Tax relief that is mentioned is a pretty sweet perk as well. The install team worked under winter conditions, and well beyond the time they should have been off the roof, into the dark. All in all, I would highly recommend Palmetto solar. Oh, one last thing the Electrical team was very respectful and conscientious.
I feel like customer service is a foreign language anymore . It was a relief to deal with Mike and Palmetto. They updated me the whole time via email so I wasn’t wondering what was going on with my solar project ever ! I just received permission to operate my system today and it went along smoothly thanks to Mike. Now time to get some referral checks now that I know Mike is the real deal !!!
